Four days after going suffering a heart attack and going into full cardiac arrest, Michael Clarke Duncan remains sedated and on a respirator, TMZ reports.

The Green Mile actor, 54, has been on the respirator since his Friday hospital admission, but sources tell TMZ Duncan is "breathing above the respirator," which is good news. Though there are no immediate plans to remove the actor from the breathing device, his heart is said to be in good shape with a "very strong heartbeat."

Duncan has been sedated since Friday, when he was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit after going into full cardiac arrest that morning. His girlfriend, former Apprentice contestant Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth administered CPR around 2 a.m. Friday morning and was able to revive him.

Thanks to Omarosa's quick-thinking, Duncan "is now stable and we look forward to his full recovery," the actor's medical team told Us Weekly Friday.
