Jinger, the sixth child of the family’s 19 kids, shared a video on the clan’s Facebook page of Mom grooving to the Village People’s biggest hit, “Y.M.C.A.” — while skating backwards. “Our mom is so much fun!” 21-year-old Jinger gushed in the post. “Her skills are mad! She out-skated the whole place…backwards!”

And indeed she did. In the video, Michelle, 48, glides effortlessly past the other skaters in the rink — including some of her young children — while calmly looking over one shoulder as the 1978 hit tune plays.

Check this out. Our mom is so much fun! We had a blast skating together yesterday. Check it out. Her skills are mad! She out-skated the whole place…backwards! Jinger

(Would the family, who have been vocal about their anti-gay beliefs, so excitedly shared this video of Mama Michelle’s in-rink moves had they realized that she was grooving to The Village People, a group created for the gay disco crowd, and that the tune is considered an anthem for the LGBT community?)

The same day of the roller-skating adventure, Michelle and her husband, Jim Bob, celebrated 31 years of marriage. In a video posted to the family’s blog, Jim Bob, who just turned 50 on Saturday, gave his wife a very special gift — a ring he designed himself that features all 19 birthstones of their children.

The large family found fame with their long-running TLC show 19 Kids and Counting. The network canceled the popular reality series after 10 seasons last week, nearly two months after reports surfaced that eldest child, Josh Duggar, had molested five underage girls when he was 14. In a statement, he apologized and admitted that he had “acted inexcusably.”

Two of his younger sisters, Jill and Jessa, later came forward as victims and said they had forgiven him. The two young women will be participating in an upcoming TLC special to raise awareness of child sexual abuse.
