Mom: "Spilled" Drink Set Off Lindsay's SCRAM Device

Another day, another excuse.
Dina Lohan denies that daughter Lindsay had any booze at an MTV after-party Sunday.
So why did her SCRAM bracelet go off?
"Somebody spilled a drink on her leg, which must have set off the SCRAM bracelet," Dina, 47, tells the New York Post.

The Mean Girls star, 23, was ordered to wear the alcohol-monitoring device last month after failing to appear in court stemming from her two DUI convictions.
But Dina insists, "She has done absolutely nothing wrong and shouldn't have to wear the bracelet in the first place. She is doing absolutely fine."

As Lindsay awaits a new hearing July 6, her mother hints that the actress is considering joining the next season of Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice.
"Donald is a friend of the family, and producers of Celebrity Apprentice have approached Lindsay to appear in the next season," Dina says. "She's deciding if she wants to do it or not, but she currently has three films in production, so she's very busy." See photos of Lindsay showing off her SCRAM bracelet.

A show rep wouldn't comment, insisting that it's "too early to talk about casting" at this time.

102So sad that Dina Lohan sees nothing wrong with the way Lindsey lives her life. All you have to do is look at her, she looks more her Mom's age then 23.

I don't know if the spilled drink comment is true or not, but I find her mother's attitude sad. She is enabling her in a lifestyle of addiction by saying she shouldn't have to wear the SCRAM and has done nothing wrong. Lindsay needs tough love, not excuses for her behavior be it from her mother or herself. Until Lindsay admits she is an addict and wants to leave behind the lifestyle she is living now nothing will change however. Sadly no court order, jail time, the help of friends, parents, you name it, nothing will work until the addict wants to stop and works a program.
As a parent myself, why in the world would her mom even let her go to a party where the temptation is available when its known she has an addiction issues. What do you think? Parent of the year????? lol!! This girl needs help badly and needs to stop avoiding Dr. Drew and just ask for help. She has totally ruined her career with the help of her own mother...sad sad sad

& this woman is the reason why Lindsay keeps getting into trouble. If I violated my probation & got two DUI's, my mom would be livid..and definitely wouldn't be excusing my behavior.

Ugh 1st she is not a lesbian, then she is, she never does drugs then she gets cought, the coke isn't hers and then it is, her passport, her scram...my goodness girl GET IT TOGETHER ALREADY!!!
god this family lies so much! the scram will show a spike in reporting that would correspond to something like a spilled drink but her scram had FIVE violations with no spikes, which meand that every 30 minutes her sweat read alcohol (a drink's worth) for 2 2/2 hours. Dina Lohan is a LIAR
