UPDATE: It was announced on Monday, Feb. 9, that Gordon's case for reckless driving has been "postponed until a later date."
Original Story: His problems continue. Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend Nick Gordon will appear in court for reckless driving charges on Monday, Feb. 9, the Daily Mail reports. Bobbi Kristina remains in a medically induced coma after Gordon found her facedown in her Atlanta, Ga., bathtub on Jan. 31. Us Weekly exclusively reported on Friday, Feb. 6, that he has not visited her at the hospital in several days.
Gordon's court date stems from an incident back in November 2012. At the time, he was pulled over for driving over twice the speed limit in a suburban area. As the police officer approached his vehicle, he reportedly put on Whitney Houston music. (Houston had died just nine months earlier in February 2012.)
The Grammy-winning superstar took in Gordon, now 19, when he was 12 years old. He and Bobbi Kristina, 21, announced in January 2014 that they wed, with sources telling Us that several family members disapproved of the relationship. This week, it was revealed through Bobby Brown's lawyer that the couple were never actually married.
Gordon is also facing another, more serious legal issue. As previously reported, he's currently being investigated after authorities found unexplained injuries on Bobbi Kristina.
