PIC: Beyonce Enjoys Romantic Dinner Date With Jay-Z for 31st Birthday in France

Beyonce's birthday isn't just a one-day event.

The "I Was Here" singe celebrated her 31st birthday Tuesday on a yacht on the Mediterranean Sea in the South of France with husband Jay-Z and daughter Blue Ivy, 9 months. To keep the celebration going, the birthday girl was treated to a romantic dinner with her hubby in Antibes, France Wednesday.

The couple got dressed up to enjoy an Italian meal at Michaelangelo Restaurant. Jay-Z, 42, kept it classy in a gray suit, while Beyonce flaunted her curves in a tight, sparkly dress. The busy mom -- who is the new cover star of Us Weekly's style issue, on stands Friday -- wore bright red lipstick for the occasion and styled her long hair curly.

Beyonce received many birthday wishes on her website from her celebrity friends Tuesday, including a handwritten note from BFF Gwyneth Paltrow. "For Dear Sweet BB on the occasion of her 31st birthday," the 39-year-old actress wrote in the note also signed by husband Chris Martin and their kids Apple and Moses. "We love you so very much."

On her actual birthday, the "Crazy in Love" singer went makeup free aboard a private yacht while sipping wine and enjoying the company of Jay-Z (real name: Shawn Carter) and little Blue.
