"I took down whole wall of school. He then still got out to try to get pics. Ten school moms chased him away," she added. "What will it take? Someone dying for paparazzi to stop? Going to doctor now to check on the baby. I think it's just shock."

Spelling's rep tells Us Weekly, "She is really shaken up over the accident but Tori and the kids are fine."

Spelling, 38, and husband Dean McDermott, 44, have two children together: Stella, 2, and Liam, 4. Their third baby is due this October. "We're not going to find out [the sex of our baby]," the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum told Us at Simon G. Jewelry's annual Summer Soiree in Las Vegas on Saturday. "We have one of each, so it will be a traditional surprise on the day."

My question is -- is the picture current?? If so, why the heck is the husband not driving? I swear, pregnant stomach that close to a steering wheel?? What is the husband thinking? She could rear end someone and do some major damage to herself. But the comment about if Tori could put a camera in her womb if it made money she would..that was funny..

I can't believe how some of you are attacking Tori. They followed her to her kids school! I understand being in the business comes with being followed by the papz but there should be limits. @Elizabeth Aspen, have you ever seen videos of papz trying to get footage of celebs? Obviously not because they get their picture and they still don't leave them alone. They follow them and keep harassing them. That's why Nicole Richie, Ben Affleck and other celebs are trying to get laws for the papz. Don't call her a horrible mother when you don't know her or the situation.

I know the pappz can get out of hand but when you are a publicity whoare like Tori, it is a little funny that she suddenly had to get away from them. Tori Spelling would have a camera in her womb if she thought it would make her more famous. Now that would be a sTORI! ;)

@ Celine some celebs don't need the paps to stay current and Relevant their talent is enough for that the smartest ones don't actually live in hollywood for the most part. Robert Redford for example lives between Napa Valley Sundance Idaho New York & Westport Connetticuit and he still has a lucrative career as an actor/director/producer. Tori is only famous because of her dad she can't act for crap

The only way to stop Paparazzi from doing this type of stuff is magazines an publishers not paying for those pictures!!!

  • June 14, 2011 - 1:06am Elizabeth Aspen

@Klaudia Splane - not according to the documentary. The paparazzi showed up after the crash. I wasn't there, that's what they said.

  • June 13, 2011 - 8:44pm Klaudia Splane

woops, I meant @ Elizabeth Aspen

  • June 13, 2011 - 8:41pm Klaudia Splane

@Debra Keighly, yes it was the drunk driver that killed Princess Di but don't forget the reason he was speeding was because Paparazzi was chasing them! 2 wrongs don't make 1 right!

  • June 13, 2011 - 8:39pm Klaudia Splane

Unfortunately, yes. It will take a death before there is a law passed on the paparazzi. They seem to foregt that these celebs have "real" lives and that they are not prey!

Anyone with a "pregnancy" brain, or who has children, knows that in times of stress, you don't always think rationally. I have no doubt in my mind, as a mother myself, that her children were all that she was thinking about when this happened, which is why she was trying to get a way. She was protecting her children! None of us were there and none of us knows what was going through her mind when this happened. Give the woman a break. She's not my favorite person in the world, but the most important thing is, that NO ONE was hurt. @Courtney-Ditto!

  • June 13, 2011 - 7:13pm Debra Keighley

Hey Tori-someone DID die because of the paparrazi -- Princess Diana. I doubt anything will stop them, including laws made against it. They'll still do it.

  • June 13, 2011 - 7:10pm Elizabeth Aspen

@Courtney Puzzo: Do your homework, darling, it was Diana's drunk driver that killed her. Been proven time and again.

  • June 13, 2011 - 7:10pm Elizabeth Aspen

Drama queen. Nobody was chasing her, she just wanted publicity. All she had to do was let the guy take her picture and go on with her life. But no, she had to go speeding into a wall. What an a$$hole she is, and a horrible excuse for a mother. Can't take the heat? Give back the money and enroll in Gordon Phillips Beauty Academy.

posting tweets doesnt take much much effort, i was in labour and on facebook talking to people,lol..its not hat hard...hope shes alright.

  • June 13, 2011 - 6:59pm Janet Hobbs

Can't the paparazzi give the stars a break once in awhile especially when they are driving. Driving is dangerous enough without some crazed photographer(s) hounding your ass for a picture in a magazine. Who really cares to see a celeb drive a vehicle anyway?

  • June 13, 2011 - 6:06pm Jesse Andrew

This makes no sense at all. So the paparazzi is chasing you and you drive into a wall and then you tweet about it!! Seriously??

  • June 13, 2011 - 5:25pm Courtney Puzzo

Um have you people forgotten it was paarrazzi and a drunk driver who was speeding that killed Princess Diana. it's a mothers first instinct to protect her children and that's what Tori was trying to do.

  • June 13, 2011 - 5:18pm Lorie Vogel

Why try to get away? I know being followed and being constantly watched by Paparazzi must be frustrating, but like someone else said, why risk your childrens lives that way?

  • June 13, 2011 - 5:15pm Debbie Maydak

I agree, there is a limit to this photog stuff.... remember Princess Diana? . nuff said.

  • June 13, 2011 - 5:01pm Marilyn M Hank

What is it going to take to stop these photogs this is scary Thank God everyone is ok
