‘Sister Wives’ Star Mykelti Brown Gets Married to Fiance Antonio Padron

A season of celebrations! Sister Wives star Mykelti Brown married her fiancé, Antonio Padron, in a colorful ceremony in St. George, Utah, on Saturday, December 17, TLC confirms to Us Weekly.

The couple celebrated their union as husband and wife in a Mexican vintage-theme celebration, just as they had hoped for when they got engaged in June. “The theme is going to incorporate who each of us is and our family traditions,” they told Us at the time.

The pair exchanged vows in front of their family and friends in a picturesque outdoor ceremony. Though Brown, 20, has yet to post any images from the fun fete to her Instagram account, she excitedly documented the days leading up to her big day.

“And bridal routine begins with a long night, dyed hair, and an eventual fave mask complete with teeth whitening strip,” she captioned a selfie on Thursday, December 15, prior to the wedding. In the image, two of her good friends grin behind her.

“Tony completes me in every way,” the sales associate told Us of Padron, 23, back in June. “He is an incredible man and together, I believe we are perfect.” The pair began dating in October 2015, and their relationship has been documented on season 7 of the hit TLC series.

On the December 4 episode, Brown’s father, Kody, had a sit-down chat with Padron, asking him to delay the wedding despite the fact that Mykelti wanted to get hitched as soon as possible.

“My purpose to talking to you is to talk to you about the idea of putting off the wedding a little bit longer, for the purpose of making it a special occasion for Mykelti,” Kody, 48, told Padron. “I want there to be no regrets in this sense. It’s a challenge for me to do that — to make it special — if we go in August. I’d love to have you wait till spring, but I feel like a good compromise would be December. Because I think Mykelti would make a grand December bride.”
