Despite Tiger Woods' imminent divorce from wife of five years Elin, 30, an insider tells Us Weekly his legal team told him he can't date until the split is finalized.

69This story is actually pretty funny. He was watched by an entire nation when he confessed to infidelity. She doesn't need her attorneys to watch anymore to build a case. How ridiculous! How much money does a person need when they already have $300MM?
Anything for a story? I wish the media outlets would go out of business for preying on people's misery. Nobody gets to date during a divorce. Children deserve both parents! No matter how much she gets it won't change the circumstances. What a pity there is no compassion in the world - just greed!

A pre nup is a contract, it should stand. As for dating, this is ridiculous. She should not be allowed to take the children to sweden whenever she wants. That gives her a right to spend the majority of her time in Sweden making it hard for tiger to have access to them.
If you marry someone you expect that someone to honor their vows to you & vis versa. He didnt honor his vows to her so she has EVERY right to not honor the pre-nup. Either way whether at his side & still happily married if he had not cheat OR in this situation HE caused, Elin is not going to be broke. GOOD FOR HER. STUPID move on his part...typical man. Pre-nups should only apply when the person they apply to chooses to leave without cause or is the cheater... Otherwise, they should be null and void when the cheater cheats or wants out. You made vows. If you didn't want to live up to them, you shouldn't have made them. She should get at least 50% of all assets, full custody of the kids and child support separate from the assets because obviously they are her priority unlike his. If he cared about his children, he wouldn't have cheated on and disrespected their mother!

It drives me crazy when people say Elin is a gold digger. A gold digger is an aggressive predator, who chases after money. Elin did NOT chase Tiger. Initially, she was not interested in him. His persistance eventully won her over. She is NOT in it for the money! But now that Tiger broke the hearts of his family, why in the world would Elin not seek the best recompense for her family, as she must now be a single parent. Tiger must appear to seek shared custody of the children to better his image...but it'll be nanny's raising the children when they are with him because of his busy golf schdule and single guy party lifestyle.

Tiger was seeing other women while he was dating Elin, he was seeing other women vhen he told her he wanted to marry her, and he was seeing other women when his wife was having his kids.It has nothing to do with Elin not giving Tiger enough sex,( which men always use that) he thought he could get away with it and a family image means more endorsements. We'll see how Tiger reacts when the shoe is on the other foot, and Elin is out with another man, after the divorce. I bet that will piss him off.
