She just can't deny! A superexcited Taylor Swift shared a video of herself going crazy with her friends during Rihanna's surprise set with Swift's boyfriend Calvin Harris at Coachella on Sunday, April 17.
"I'll NEVER forget this moment," Swift, 26, wrote alongside a video of herself rocking out to Rihanna's classic 2011 collaboration with Harris, "We Found Love."
In the clip, Rihanna takes to the stage as the crowd goes wild to the chorus of the song. Swift then swivels the camera lens to her section of the field, and she rocks out with her besties including Lorde and Serayah. The “New Romantics" singer tagged Rihanna, her boyfriend and the hashtag, #Coachella.
Harris and Rihanna made the song a smash hit five years ago, long before the Scottish DJ met his future girlfriend, Swift. At the time, "We Found Love," along with its graphic, heartbreaking music video, were believed by some to be about Rihanna's broken relationship with on-again, off-again boyfriend Chris Brown.
Interestingly enough, a new promo from Brown's upcoming documentary, Welcome to My Life, shows him discussing the harrowing domestic abuse incident that took place back in February 2009. “I felt like a f--king monster,” he says of beating Rihanna in the trailer. “I was thinking about suicide and everything else. I wasn’t sleeping, I wasn’t eating. I just was getting high.”
