Teresa Giudice wasn’t cramping anyone’s style in the “Boom Boom Room.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star came up with that nickname for her prison cell due to her fellow inmates having sex in there. In her memoir, Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again, she wrote that she couldn’t believe what was happening, but as she told Us, she wasn’t about to interfere in anyone’s business.
“I was like, I’m not going to cramp anybody’s style. If that’s something they want to do, God bless them,” Giudice, 43, told Us Weekly Video. “If that helps them do their time, I’m not going to get in the way of that.”
Residing in the “Boom Boom Room” wasn’t the most shocking thing to happen to Giudice in her nearly yearlong stay at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut. The mom of four, who was called “Hollywood” in prison, said it was the lack of privacy.
“Everyone knew my schedule,” she said. “And I was told to change my routine because there were planes circling the facility.”
In the video above, Teresa tells us all about her fellow inmates who she says tried to "sell stories" about her, and what her favorite magazine was in prison.... hint hint!
