That new-mom-on-the-go grind! Jessica Biel took her dog Tina to a vet in L.A. on Thursday, Sept. 17, and the mom to 5-month-old Silas Randall chose a loose and seemingly extra-comfy caftan for the trip.
Covering up her already trim post-baby body, Biel, 33, who shares Silas with her husband of almost three years, Justin Timberlake, modeled a white and blue-printed dress with long sleeves and a billowing skirt while strolling alongside her pup. She added a brown tote and slipped into moccasin-style sneakers.
The New Girl guest star's beauty choices were relaxed, too, as she chose to rock only minimal makeup teamed with an unfussy topknot.
While Biel has more or less stayed under the radar since her little boy's birth, she has been stepping out to more red carpet events as of late—not to mention the fact that she just launched an online sex-ed video series.
The 7th Heaven alum explained her inspiration behind the series in an interview with Glamour. "Now what happens? I've been on the Pill for so long; how hard will it be to get pregnant?" Biel shared, referencing her own conception journey. "Suddenly I realized I really didn't know what's going on inside my own body. It was shocking!"
Biel added that she hopes the series will be "informative, but also goofy, smart, [and] witty."
