The first daughters are stepping out! Malia and Sasha Obama attended their first State Dinner at the White House in Washington, D.C., on Thursday, March 10.

President Barack Obama's teen daughters turned heads in their elegant ensembles. While Malia, 17, who's off to college in the fall, modeled a strapless, cream-colored dress with a beaded bodice, her sister, Sasha, 14, wore a high-necked dress with burgundy lace details, paired with a thin choker necklace.

For the fete that honored Canada's new prime minister, Justin Trudeau, Michelle Obama, chose a printed midnight-blue gown by one of her favorites, Taiwanese-Canadian designer Jason Wu. She was escorted by her husband, the president, who looked dapper in a black tuxedo, black bow tie and patent shoes.

See what Trudeau's wife, Sophie, wore — not to mention Canadian heartthrob Ryan Reynolds and his wife, Blake Lively — in today's Red Carpet Daily, presented by AT&T.
