Mischa Barton: "Don't Hate on My Banana Pants!"

Mischa Barton turned heads Eater Sunday when she stepped out in super-tight, yellow high-waisted jeans. ("OMG! What happened to her?" screamed one fashion blog.)
But Barton, 24, laughed off the criticism when grilled by TMZ photographers Monday in Los Angeles.

"That was my Easter outfit," she told them. "You guys shouldn't be photographing me if you don't like what I wear!"

ugh. this article makes me so mad. no women should ever be critized for what she looks like! she is not fat she is NORMAL. where all just comparing her to the stick figures young girls her to look up to today. yes, i admit, should shouldn't have wore those. but at least she has the guts to wear somthing like that. all those people who sit behind computers making fun of her and people like her just make me sick. she is trying to live her life and work (acting) but because she's in the public eye people tell themselves thats its okay beacuase they need to show kids it okay to have faluts. but all they are doing is creating the b****** we have in schools today.

There is nothing wrong with that girl's body. I like her better now than I did when she was a twig. Plus, anyone who has the guts to wear bright yellow skinny jeans KNOWING that they will be photographed AND has a good enough sense of humor to call them "banana pants" rocks.

I think, personally, considering that she's had an eating disorder and all of that, she looks awesome. Okay, yellow trousers should strictly speaking stay on the Scene kids of London, New York or wherever else these children like to hang out - don't know what I'm talking about - google it. :) By acknowledging they are banana pants, it shows that perhaps she was joking when she wore them - and good for her to be able to go out and wear them AND AND AND get a Venti Starbucks. Biggest of kudos to her. Can we just work on the hair now? Do you think? Back to brown - in the OC wow. :)
ps Why should anyone try and hide a body like that? Lets all take a moment to think about the fact that she is *sharp intake of breath* not. actually. fat.
i think this is the best outfit I've seen her in in ages! I LOVE IT. I think her body looks slamming in it.
i know it's a complete fashion don't but part of me thinks she looks sexy, in a heavily xanaxed way. mischa forever!!

I'm more concerned with the bare midriff. It reminds me of that Curb your Enthusiasm episode...but I digress...Mishcha is beautiful whether thin or curvaceous...She's going for the Venti Starbuks, those things are killer! I'm sure she'll hire a personal trainer, get back to her diet, start modeling again and making millions so names will never hurt her..they wouldn't hurt me if I had all that money !
Good for her. Glad she's not off crying in a corner because someone called her fat & her clothes ugly. I'm sure none of the photogs or bloggers are rockin the runway themselves.
