It’s that time, again — The Voice Season 9 top 11 are here! Host Carson Daly revealed the artists America voted through on Tuesday, Nov. 17, in a show that featured performances from coaches Blake Shelton and Pharrell Williams with their respective teams.

The first artist announced as safe came as no surprise after his heartfelt performance of gospel ballad “Great Is Thy Faithfulness” the night before: Team Adam Levine’s Jordan Smith moved on to another week in the competition (and threw a casual, “I’ll see you tomorrow” toward the Maroon 5 frontman as he walked off the stage). Team Gwen Stefani’s Jeffery Austin was also named safe.

Country darling Emily Ann Roberts from Team Blake giggled excitedly as she hugged her coach after Daly deemed her safe, closely followed by the announcement that Team Pharrell’s Madi Davis will also move on to next week.

America also voted Team Gwen’s Braiden Sunshine, Team Blake’s Barrett Baber, and Team Adam’s Amy Vachal through to the top 11.

Finally, Team Pharrell’s Evan McKeel, Team Adam’s Shelby Brown, and Team Blake’s Zach Seabaugh were declared safe, leaving Team Pharrell’s Mark Hood and Team Gwen’s Korin Bukowski up for elimination.

Hood chose the energetic “Signed, Sealed, Delivered I’m Yours” by Stevie Wonder as his plea for the Twitter save, while Bukowski took a softer route with Norah Jones’ “Don’t Know Why.”

And the save went to … Bukowski, leaving Team Pharrell one member down as Hood was eliminated.

Even though he is now out of the competition, Hood felt good about his final performance the night before of Phil Collins’ song “Against All Odds.”

“It was a little bit risky for me because a big part of what I do is entertaining, like I dance around, and I’m always just moving around … Tonight was different; it was a ballad, it was simple, me at a mic stand,” Hood told Us Weekly after his performance.
