As Tiger Woods is now romantically linked to at least 10 women, the golfer's image with the public is slipping significantly.

His status with consumers dropped from sixth to 24th on a list of celebrity endorsers, according to Bloomberg.

Nielsen Co. data also indicates that prime time television ads featuring Woods have all but disappeared, according to Nielsen Co. data.

Woods, 33, earns around $110 million a year from endorsements and tournaments, with Nike, Gillette and Pepsi among the top endorsers.

Look back on Tiger Woods' scandal-ridden week

A rep for Nike told Usmagazine.com, "Tiger and his family have Nike's full support."

On Tuesday, Gatorade announced that it has dropped a line of drinks tied to the golfer. (The company claimed the decision was made before Woods' sex scandal broke.)

Remember these sports scandals?

Gary Carr, director of a New York-based media buyer company, told Bloomberg he isn't surprised by Gatorade's announcement.

Said Carr, "If I was one of the advertisers who had Tiger as my pitchman, I might want to rest it for a while until this stuff blows over."

There is no justification for his behavior, but this is not the first time that a man especially one of his stature has cheated on his wife, and it will not be the last. And too his behavior no matter how detestable has nothing to do with what goes on on the green. When he stops delivering on the green is when I'll stop supporting him. Until then I am a fan. And for those of you who believed the hype you have no one to blame but yourselves.

Please do not call it 'romantically linked'. There is nothing romantic involved in any of this. Call it for what it is...'sexually linked' is a more honest description.

I don't know if Tiger will ever recover from this even with mea culpas? The people who show up for golf games, can be mean. 90% of Tiger's money- $100million comes from endorsements. Still, Tiger can retire comfortably.

Whether it's one or thirteen, he goes against his so called perfect image of a stand up kind of man. I hope his wife takes his money, gets herself checked for diseases, and gets the heck out. What a disappointment he must have turned out to be. It's also amusing how some still defend him because of his celebrity status. Yikes...... There is no "poor Tiger" left for me. He's a disgrace and deserves to lose all his sponsors. You can't be in to public eye and expect to keep the truth hidden. What an idiot.

To his sponsors: You may think your commercials are targeting men but don't forget who actually does the shopping in most families. Gatorade was wise enough to realize who is actually pushing that shopping cart down the beverage aisle. Is gillette unaware that women shave also and are the ones who likewise are doing the shopping for the entire family? As for nike, I'm not the first to point out that his actions have make a huge joke out of their slogan "just do it".

OCMama; Who says it is 11 women. You obviously believe everthing you read. Way back in the Victorian century, you were burned at the stake if someone actually started a rumor which was not true. He has a right to a private life. Whatever, mistakes he might have made, that is none of your business. There are people who can stay with one person for the rest of their lives and their are people who cannot be with just one person. It is for his wife and Tiger to decide how they will deal with this. So all of you out there BACK OFF ALREADY!!!

Elin's role in this? Are you kidding? My guess is she was home with the kids. I don't hear anyone that has any dirt on her. She was totally innocent in all of this. If by "her role" you mean he was unhappy in his marriage then it is his responsibility to divorce her FIRST and then be promiscuous after the divorce is final. In that he is frantically offering her 80 million dollars to stay it doesn't seem that he was unhappy with her.

Tiger's problem is that he got caught. Admit it. Most men are pigs and he is no different. Men have sex for fun and women add emotion. Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus. Read it. He should have been more careful and not got caught.

11 mistresses and maybe more. That is not just a small issue here. This guy is seriously sick and probably why he kept his private life private until this broke. Now we know the real Tiger. They should all stop their endorsements due to character alone. 11 mistresses have been with how many other people = giving all of them to his wife. That is sick to think about but do.

Leave this family alone to try and straighten out their issues. He who is without sin... Does anyone out there have any compassion? What do we know about Elin's role in all this?

Bloomberg, Gary Carr, you remind me of a couple of old ladies sitting in a rocking chair gossiping about Tiger Woods. I am a female and I could not give a flying F*** about his affairs. He earned everything that he has made and he will prevail agian. He is the best golf player and has changed the game of golf from old men to young intelligent male and female players. I am a Canadian, and it never seizes to amaze me how the American media, get such enjoyment out of totally destroying a successful mans career and family. There is no proof that he was with all these women, but we do know that these women are making big bucks right now with the media. So, cash in you blood thirsty succers. CANADA LOVES YOU TIGER, WE SUPPORT YOU AND WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR NAME PLASTERED IN TABLOIDS HERE. YOU SHOULD COME AND LIVE HERE, NOBODY WILL BOTHER IN OUR GREAT COUNTRY.
  • December 09, 2009 - 2:52pm Marissa Says:

Some of these comments really crack me up! People are SO MAD at Tiger. Is he the first athlete to cheat? NO! Should this be handled behind closed doors? I think so! Name calling etc. does not solve the problem. So Tiger Woods is not perfect. WHO CARES? It really doesn't affect my life too much. You all take this WAY too personally.
  • December 09, 2009 - 2:10pm Doris Says:

What is his new best friend Jon Gosseling? Is it a competition for headline news jon is takinf too much? Geez 110 million in endorsements a beautiful house, wife and kids not to mention had respect from the public. I guess his dad was the brains in the family because Tiger is obviously DUMB and good thing his dad isn't around to see this, he would be ashamed!!
  • December 09, 2009 - 2:07pm July Says:

I will no longer buy anything endorsed by Tiger. Actually I seldom buy something based on any celebrity.
  • December 09, 2009 - 1:54pm nic Says:

Popel get a life - you guys are so judgemental like you are all prefect. You make me laugh when you sai I will never buy a product. Get off the computer & do something. I for one will buy a product he endroses because last time I checked NOONE is perfect. Please!
  • December 09, 2009 - 1:53pm acalarara Says:

Tamera )12:33) your post does not make any sense. Why would someone who decides not to buy products endorsed by him be full of it? It is one's personal decision where to spend one's money. Whether the majority of people will or will not stop buying his products does not at all support your statement. That is irrelevant to the person thinking not to buy anything endorsed by him.
  • December 09, 2009 - 1:35pm Here to nomalcy Says:

I never got celebs endorsing products anyway. Company's who do thsi is dumb.Celebs don't hardly ever us the products anyway.

  • December 09, 2009 - 1:26pm Jen Says:

3 Wood..., cheating is not a racial thing, it is a "weak character" thing which is more pronounced in males. The same went for Sanford, Ensign, Spitzer, Bryant, MCain, Edwards etc. according to news articles...the list goes on. In Tiger's case, there is a sadness to it as he was not your average young teenager/adolescent, his life was golf from sun up to sun down and never really had the "sow your wild oats" times like you did I am sure. He should have waited longer before he got married, now there are children and a wife who did not force him to get married and children who did not choose their parents.
