Aaron Carter - who was eliminated Tuesday from ABC's Dancing With the Stars -- doesn't know why he shed so many tears on the show.
Carter cried early in the competition after harsh remarks from the judges. During Tuesday's show, a package aired showing all of his emotional moments.
"It is what it is!" Carter, 21, told Usmagazine.com after the show. "It was funny! It was entertaining. It was a good results show tonight."

Though he is sad to leave the show, he told Us he learned "a new lesson" every day.
"There were definitely some performances where I knew it was pretty cool," he told Us. "I will look back at them I think and be proud."

He also grew close to partner Karina Smirnoff (who denied they were hooking up off camera).
"We fight like an old married couple!" she told Us.
Before he left the show, head judge Len Goodman praised the young singer for his dedication, telling him: "If you were my son, I would be so proud of you."

Asked about the compliment, Carter told Us, "I was shocked. I had no idea how much this meant to me. I had no idea how much I really learned. What he said really meant the world to me."
Advancing to next week's semi-finals: Donny Osmond, Kelly Osbourne, Mya and model Joanna Krupa.

Tell Us What You Think
20Some people here are saying mean thinks about Aaron and It's WRONG! Kelly Osbourne is right! You people are mean!
At the beginning, I loved him. I loved him because of who he used to be and didn't realize what a jerk he had become. Near the middle, I hated him for being such a titbag and for being so arrogant. His very last night, I loved him again. I think he really did grow on this show, and I'm proud of him.
I agree with pat and jennifer too.aaron thought to highly of himself and he is arrogant but i love aaron carter all the way.and i always proud to be his fans
Aaron did a fantastic job this season and went home too early! He really took everything the judges said to heart and tried to smooth his edges. From the first dance to his last, you can see the change in him. As a fan, I'm extremely proud of him for sticking in there and really giving it his all! I really think we're going to see a new and improved Aaron Carter. He released his single "Dance With Me" on ITunes and its a really kick ass song. I think he's going to show us all what he's really got. =]
I love Aaron Carter....he made me wanna cry....I cant handle Kelly I hope she goes home next week
I think Aaron is Ok - he didn't Hide his feelings - more Power to him. We grow old and lose ourseleves- I think it was good he cried.
I loved aaron on dwts.I think Mya or Joanna should have been eliminated.to me both mya and Joanna are showoffs.I'm rooting for Kelly Or Donny to win
Good work Aaron - I Love You! keep doing what you believe in. And Do not forget how wonderful you are as a person! xoxo Sweden
Aaron seemed like a little boy who had a father figure missing, growing up. The fact that he was moved to tears at times, was very moving and it seemed like it really hurt when he most likely felt he did not measure up to the judges standards. He hung onto Len's every word when Len praised him. He gave it his all and should be proud of it. I am sorry he left and was really rooting for him. All the best Aaron, you will rise agian as talent cannot be squashed. You have amazing singing voice. You remind me of my baby brother.
Aaron thought too highly of himself - at the beginning of the show, he said that he would be around for the finals, plus Mya and Joanna. What got him voted off was his bad attitude; he is actually a very good dancer - if his personality was better, he would be still on. He is better than Kelly O. and Donny O. These two has better personality and charisma. Thou it is a dance competition - it is really a popularity at the end. Aaron is sensitive, glad he has learn from the show.
I too disagree with Whitney. If not for Karina, he would have been long gone. In my opinion, the only person who stayed longer than they should have this season was Michael Irving.
You people sound like you know these people that are dancing on the show. The judges vote and give their advice but it is the people at home who call in that determines if you stay or if you go (Jolieblaun). What do you really know about Karina's or Aaron's real lives outside of what you read or hear on TV. Is that the truth? Do we really know what the truth is. "NO".
thank god he is off.. He is so ugly.. He thinks he is hot shit..also i want to punch him in the nose sooooo bad
I really hope Aaron uses this experience and makes positive changes in his life. The childhood fame combined with his messed up family life contributed to a downward spiral with drugs. All his tattoos at such a young age show how lost he has been (and I like tattoos). His parents ruined him by pushing him into stardom, and I hope he gets another chance to do something interesting career-wise. Yes, he was arrogant in the beginning, but the show showed him that that attitude isn't appreciated, and I'm sure he grew from that. He didn't have parents to teach him humility. I hope good things for him, and I'm routing for him.
Completely disagree with whitney. Karina was the only reason Aaron made it as far as he did and here's the reason why. She was able to help him focus (probably was willing to just accept him and his fragile ego as they are), and was able to help him find that place where the dance could be expressed without his effed-up emotional baggage being left on the dance floor every performance. While he is a better dancer than Kelly Osborn, his drama makes us more uncomfortable than hers, Aaron is emotionally brittle and so is Kelly, but she is accessible and endearing. We understand her nerves and can relate to her but not to him. Carter has a manic edge that comes across in his performance; it is dark and off-putting. People are not drawn to that and he lost the popular vote. Maybe it's just his personality - he's been exploited from childhood by Hollywood - and seems to be a lost soul in spite of his efforts to be positive and up-beat. Kudos to him for taking the instruction and life lessons he learned on the show.
Aaron did a great job on the show. I have to admit, I wasn't a fan before this. Kid's been through so much, though, and I suspect a lot more than the general public could even fathom. I'm glad he got a chance to show off his talents, and I hope this leads to good opportunities for him. As far as Karina's personal life goes, I suppose that could affect her popularity/votes. But man, the chick can dance!
He did not deserve to be eliminated from DWS. If anyone, it should have been Kelly O. I am disappointed with the judges decision. I hope Kelly O. gets eliminated next show because she is not talented and I am tired of listening to her whine and act like a spoiled brat. Pathetic!
I sincerely doubt that Whitney. The fact is, it's a popularity contest (and I'm friends with one of the contestants, I know this). It's not and probably never has been about talent.
If outside activities got him off the show what about Joanna?
I think the main reason he did not get the votes was because of his partner and her outside behavior. I can't stand her and though she is an awesome dancer...her outside activities lately I am sure has caused people not to vote for them...it is sad because he is a good dancer and if it were not for her...I think he would still be on the show!
