Britney Spears: "I Don't Really Have Anything to Prove"

Britney Spears has no qualms about turning 30 on December 2.

"I hear the older you get, the wiser you get and the more you know what you want," Spears told The Associated Press Thursday. "Hopefully it'll be a good year."

The "Criminal" singer -- who's currently in Europe promoting her Femme Fatale tour -- added that life is much easier now that she has "a good group of people around me."
"We have the show at a certain time every night," she said. "And we just try to stay consistent on having a routine and staying fit and healthy."

After more than a decade in the business, the pop star said she's happy with the state of her career. "I don't really have anything to prove at this point," Spears, who's sold more than 70 million albums, explained. "I just do it for fun and see what happens."

Went to her concert recently here in Indy and I was in tears to finally see her live! I'm in my 40's!!!
