The Donald, the President?

Looks like Donald Trump is getting serious about a presidential run. The billionaire developer is sending a top associate to Iowa--the first stop in securing the GOP nomination--next week to promote his bid for commander-in-chief, reports the Daily News.

"I'll be gauging the reception I feel he would have when he comes to Iowa," Michael Cohen said. "The man has proven experience, he is one of the richest men in the world, he has the most prolific name on the planet, and his negotiation skills are second to none."

The Apprentice star, 64, told the Des Moines Register on Thursday that he was planning a trip to the Corn State himself soon.

"I will meet many, many people - maybe all of the people," he said. "If I decide to run, I will be shaking hands with everybody."

Trump has said he will decide if he's running this June. The Iowa caucus is scheduled for February 6, 2012.

Irrefutable Proof ICTY Is Corrupt Court/Irrefutable Proof the Hague Court Cannot Legitimately Prosecute Karadzic Case By Jill Starr This legal technicality indicates the Hague must dismiss charges against Dr Karadzic and others awaiting trials in the Hague jail; like it or not. Unfortunately for the Signatures Of the Rome Statute United Nations member states instituting the ICC & ICTY housed at the Hague, insofar as the, Radovan Karadzic, as with the other Hague cases awaiting trial there, I personally witnessed these United Nations member states having a substantial conversations, and, openly speaking about trading judicial appointments and verdicts for financial funding when I attended the 2001 ICC Preparatory Meetings at the UN in Manhattan making the iCTY and ICC morally incapable trying Radovan Karazdic and others. I witnessed with my own eyes and ears when attending the 2001 Preparatory Meetings to establish an newly emergent International Criminal Court, the exact caliber of criminal corruption running so very deeply at the Hague, that it was a perfectly viable topic of legitimate conversation in those meetings I attended to debate trading verdicts AND judicial appointments, for monetary funding. Jilly wrote:*The rep from Spain became distraught and when her country’s proposal was not taken to well by the chair of the meeting , then Spain argued in a particularly loud and noticably strongly vocal manner, “Spain (my country) strongly believes if we contribute most financial support to the Hague’s highest court, that ought to give us and other countries feeding it financially MORE direct power over its decisions.” ((((((((((((((((((((((((( ((((((((((((((((((((((((( Instead of censoring the country representative from Spain for even bringing up this unjust, illegal and unfair judicial idea of bribery for international judicial verdicts and judicial appointments, all country representatives present in the meeting that day all treated the Spain proposition as a ”totally legitimate topic” discussed and debated it between each other for some time. I was quite shocked! The idea was “let’s discuss it.” "It’s a great topic to discuss." Some countries agreed with Spain’s propositions while others did not. The point here is, bribery for judicial verdicts and judicial appointments was treated as a totally legitimate topic instead of an illegitimate topic which it is in the meeting that I attended in 2001 that day to establish the ground work for a newly emergent international criminal court.)))))))))))))))))))))))))))) In particular., since “Spain” was so overtly unafraid in bringing up this topic of trading financial funding the ICC for influence over its future judicial appointments and verdicts in front of every other UN member state present that day at the UN, “Spain” must have already known by previous experience the topic of bribery was “socially acceptable” for conversation that day. They must have previously spoke about bribing the ICTY and ICC before in meetings; this is my take an international sociological honor student. SPAIN’s diplomatic gesture of international justice insofar as, Serbia, in all of this is, disgusting morally!SPAIN HAS TAUGHT THE WORLD THE TRUE DEFINITION OF AN “INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT.” I represented the state interests’ of the Former Yugoslavia, in Diplomat Darko Trifunovic’s absence in those meetings and I am proud to undertake this effort on Serbia’s behalf.

What It’s Like to Chill Out With Whom the Rest of the World Considers As The Most Ruthless Men: Ratko Mladic, Goran Hadzic and Radovan Karadzic (+) Confessions of a Female War Crimes Investigator By Jill Louise Starr NJ USA Retrospectively, it was all so simple, natural and matter of fact being on a boat restaurant in Belgrade, sitting with, laughing, drinking a two hundred bottle of wine and chatting about war and peace while Ratko Mladic held my hand. Mladic, a man considered the world’s most ruthless war criminal since Adolf Hitler, still at large and currently having a five million dollar bounty on his head for genocide by the international community. Yet there I was with my two best friends at the time, a former Serbian diplomat, his wife, and Ratko Mladic just chilling. There was no security, nothing you’d ordinarily expect in such circumstances. Referring to himself merely as, Sharko; this is the story of hoe it all happened.

And he's somewhat populist which should make both sides of the aisle happy.

Donald Trump actually knows what he's talking about when it comes to China and how they now OWN the United States. He may have made some biz mistakes in the past, but I would vote for him because he's better than any of the clowns we have now. Obama isn't doing anything for this country, he's letting jobs go down the toilet and could care less. At least The Donald knows how to run a business which will bring back jobs.

Hey Donald, I have been watching you and listening to your comments about the nation and what ails us. I think you are hitting the heart of things. Keep up your comments and get as much air time as you can. Your comments make more sense than any of the politicians we are hearing on Fox, Cnn, Msnbc, or any other channel. Throw you hat in the ring and let Freedom Ring. Your Tennessee hillbilly supporter. GO FOR IT!

  • March 06, 2011 - 12:09pm Terry Roden

Do not run for President because I can tell you right now that you will not win.

  • March 06, 2011 - 9:58am Mayer Boo

What a mistake it would be to have this idiot as President. He has made so many business mistakes, and he acts like twelve. Who would be first lady..a playboy centerfold? Our country would be in worse shape then it is.

  • March 06, 2011 - 8:42am Sandi Shearin

@Rae, Ummmm, Maybe I should have said "WON'T", instead of "can't". Oh, and a big hell no to Newt Gingrich IF he decides to run, too many reasons to list. I vote for who I want, not who others want me to vote for, brb, gotta go get a cold glass of Koolaid, yum! And great post Camille!

  • March 06, 2011 - 3:02am Karla Craig Dishon

Just another good reason why this country is going into the toilet. So many drink the Koolaid and are star struck.

  • March 05, 2011 - 10:00pm Randy Bellows

This guys a jerk, and proved it well when he fought with Rosie O'Donnell and recently said he thought Charlie Sheen is a winner, and he would hire him or have him on his show. In the past he has almost filed bankruptcy, at least twice. I vote for the person, but would prefer it if her didn't run on my preferred party.

Donald Trump is a very successful business man, who has (in recent years) expanded his business to include a TV show. This is quite different from TV personalities who have always had someone else "managing" them and telling them what to do. I completely agree that he seems to be a "no nonsense" type of man, and he has experience in making big things happen. In my opinion, Barack Obama "wanted" to make changes, he just didn't have enough experience at negotiating win-win outcomes. And I am looking forward to watching the Apprentice, tomorrow, too. I have learned a lot from Donald Trump, just from watching his show, and I hope it will be expanded to 2 hours. I am also looking forward to hearing the speeches he will give as President!!! He does not seem to be the kind of guy who will lie to get himself elected, instead he seems like he will "tell it like it is" and also tell what he can/will do to improve things. I don't always vote for the same political party, either, instead I decide based who is running.

@ Sandi, you can vote for whoever you want. No one knows when you get in the booth who your voting for. You can vote for a person rather then a particular party, it doesn't matter what party you register under.

This has got to be a joke. Please, no more celebrities as Presidents.
