Jenna Fischer Dishes on Who Will Replace Steve Carell

While Steve Carell is wrapping up his position at NBC's The Office, the burning question of who will replace him remains.

"I can tell you that it's not as simple as Steve leaving and a new person coming in," Jenna Fischer told E!'s Ross Matthews on the red carpet at the SAG Awards on Sunday. "There's going to be a lot of restructuring. You're going to see people from the past and some new people."

Although John Krasinski isn't dishing either, he is open about how much he will miss Carell. "Losing Steve for the show is going to be massive, and I think no one will be able to do what he does truly," he said. "But really we're losing a good friend and a family member."
