Kelly Ripa, Michael Strahan Have a Great Big Surprise for Viewers: See a Sneak Peek!

Kelly Ripa, Michael Strahan and A Great Big World

Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan are about to go where few talk show hosts have gone before. On Friday, Nov. 20, the Live with Kelly and Michael pair will perform a song that they co-wrote with Ian Axel and Chad Vaccarino of A Great Big World — and only Us Weekly has the exclusive sneak-peek photos.

The performance is part of Live’s latest “We Said Whaaat?” Week, during which Ripa, 45, and Strahan, 43, have been forced to “put their money where their mouths are” and take on different experiences they’ve mentioned in passing before. (Be careful what you wish for!)

For the first “We Said Whaaat?” Week in September, Ripa learned to raise chickens and tried cryotherapy, while Strahan faced his fear of snakes and cooked “the ultimate breakfast.”

This time around, the dynamic duo got a lesson in gift-wrapping, did a blind taste test of french fries, and broadcast an entire episode in their pajamas. (They were joined by Liam Hemsworth, who rocked a panda-print onesie for the occasion.)

On Friday, they’ll take on their hardest challenge yet — songwriting. The two recently sat down with A Great Big World to pen a personal little ditty, which they plan to unveil as the grand finale of “We Said Whaaat?” week.
