Kimberley Locke came in third place on second season of American Idol (behind Clay Aiken and Ruben Studdard). Since then, she's appeared on Celebrity Fit Club, and released a new single, Strobe Light, a collaboration with Randy Jackson, on April 6.
I am excited they allowed a past Idol -- Adam Lambert -- to come back and mentor, especially so soon after his run last season. I loved his honesty. Job well done!

The contestants had a challenge making Elvis songs their own this week. He has great, memorable, fun songs that resonate with the audience, but they're so familiar. Some of the contestants did this, some didn't.
I love that Siobhan stood up for herself to the judges because she is not a cookie-cut singer who fits perfectly into the genre. She can sing whatever you present her with in her own way and I think that is amazing.

I am so happy that Big Mike got saved last week, and I think he stole back the hearts of America. I find myself so engaged in his performances. He shows his soul, and that's what I like in a singer.
My top three performances of Tuesday night: Big Mike, Lee and Crystal. But at this point in the competition, I feel that it's still anybody's game. I have my favorites, but I think that on any given week, the playing field could shift and I could have a new favorite. That's the beauty of the show -- if you make it to the next week, you get another chance to blow us away!

12Who cares what Kim has to say? The only way Kim gets any attention is to go out with married men who have the money or connections to try to help her career. Even non Idol she was sleeping with one of the producers.
@Terry You really have no idea what you are talking about. The AMA's were 6 months ago, Adam has been on numerous shows since then. His album is GOLD heading to Platinum. The single is a top 10 hit and he's headlining his own tour with people opening for him. Sounds like every artists dream career.
Fact is Lambert's career is in a desperate need of a boost after the AMA debacle. Gotta town it down for middle America if you want any kind of success.
I am a huge Kimberley Locke fan and love that she writes these and that she was asked too.. And btw She is not freinds with Clay and im glad of that. And she also is one of the Idols with the most number one hits. She has 8 so far and we are looking for her new single strobelight to be her 9th #1... So u ppl can hate all you want her fans love her.. Oh and she is gettin her own show soon called making the curve.. Clay who?
How's that tour with Aiken working out for ya, Kimmie? Oh, he's touring with Ruben? Gee, I thought you were friends. Just goes to show ya, backstabbing isn't really all that good for your career. Seriously, Kim. Your 15 minutes were up a LOOOONNNG time ago, hon. You might want to reconsider law school. Just sayin'.
Kim Locke's only claim to fame was entertaining on a gay cruise. Kind of hard to think of her as a credible critic, but hopefully this will generate interest in her single?
I think Adam Lambert did a fantastic job last night. In my opinion he has been the only mentor in this season who knew how to give notes to each performer to improve their song. Miley and Usher were not helping anyone when they kept saying, "Good job" or "You have such a pretty voice". Adam knows the score with this competition. These kids need real advice and they need to take it to better their performace rather than just sitting on their laurels. Adam rocks!
Why in the world in Kimberley Locke writing about this. I really don't care what she has to say. How about letting someone who has been successful write for you. I see her name a laugh!
WELL DONE LAD.... I WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU ON THE NEXT SEASON AS THE NEXT IDOL JUDGE!!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE PERFECT.....
Adam was a fantastic Idol mentor. He is going to give an amazing performance of his single 'Whataya Want From Me' tonight. Can't wait!
The show was good last night. Siobhan has lost her way somewhat. She should take it uptempo more. She's a great talent. I was also glad she spoke up for herself. She was respectful, but assertive. I don't know who is going home tonight. I thought they all did a pretty good job this week.
I voted for Crystal Bowersocks, Lee and Katie NUMEROUS times!
