Music Producer Sean Garrett Talks Up His Chain Of Megahits

Is there any song Sean Garrett touches that doesn't turn to platinum? The rapper/songwriter/producer -- also known fittingly as "The Pen" -- has penned some of the biggest pop/R&B smashes of the last decade, including Usher's "Yeah!" and "Papers," Beyonce's "Diva," "Video Phone," "Check On It" and "Upgrade You," Ciara's "Goodies" and Fergie's "London Bridge."

But there's more to the man than just his track record. Indeed, he stopped by my office on March 5 to discuss what it takes to be a hitmaking machine. Check it out!
