After a ho-hum previous round, Tyra Banks aims to "raise the bar" with cycle 15. She succeeds: The latest pretties (admittedly, the usual bunch of snoots and crybabies) vie for a fashion spread in Italian Vogue! Plus, their posing tasks are emotionally compelling (next week, they're body painted with positive and negative words they've been called). Add in expert guest judges (Zac Posen), and this is one chic Model. (CW, 8 P.M.)
