This rom-com weaves together 10 tales (some sweet, some silly) of lovelorn Angelenos on February 14. While He's Just Not That Into You segued breezily between its arcs, this flick -- which counts Ashton Kutcher, Julia Roberts and a surprisingly funny Jessica Biel among its stars -- feels too crowded. Director Garry Marshall should have cut a couple of plotlines (who needs to see Emma Roberts trying to lose her virginity?). (New Line Cinema, $29)
