Review | Whitney Houston

Maybe Whitney Houston needs more time off.

Although it’s been seven years since the power-piped diva released a studio CD (during that time, she divorced Bobby Brown and entered rehab three times), her seventh album is a disappointingly average batch of R&B -- save for a few bright spots, like the Alicia Keys-penned jam "Million Dollar Bill" and the ballad "I Didn't Know My Own Strength."
