Hunger Games! Twilight!
Russell Brand hosted the 2012 MTV Movie Awards by shouting big blockbuster names and making fans scream. And, in fact, it was The Hunger Games, Twilight and Harry Potter who took home the big wins.
Emma Watson had to represent the entire Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 cast when she accepted the award for Best Cast.
The Hunger Games stars Josh Hutcherson and Elizabeth Banks were in attendance to accept awards for their film. Hutcherson won Best Male Performance and Banks won Best On-Screen Transformation. Jennifer Lawrence, however, had to accept her award for Best Female Performance by video.
Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner accepted the award for Movie of the Year for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 without Robert Pattinson by their side. "Thank you so much you guys," Stewart said. "This really means a lot."
