It’s that time again! The time of year when thousands upon thousands of comic book, movie, and TV fans — and your favorite celebs — converge upon the San Diego Convention center for Comic-Con.
The 2015 slate features a couple of major movie panels that will be sure to contain highly anticipated trailers, cast and premiere date announcements, and other fan-friendly news, but the lineup is heavy on the epic television panels.
If you can’t make it to San Diego, follow Us Weekly for the latest SDCC news, and look for highlights from these major panels as the four-day festival unfolds!
Thursday
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2: It’s Katniss and co.’s last time at Comic-Con for the final installment in the series — look for Jennifer Lawrence and her costars to share exclusive footage from the last movie.
Friday
The Walking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead: The AMC zombie hit and its new prequel series are hitting Hall H — yes, the giant room that holds 6,000-plus people — with every major cast member for two huge panels.
Game of Thrones: Jon Snow (sorry, Kit Harington) won’t be there, but you can bet fans won’t let the rest of the cast escape their time without answering a few questions about the deceased (or possibly not?) character.
Star Wars: The beans about Lucasfilm’s upcoming Han Solo prequel film might’ve spilled a little bit early, but there will be plenty of teases about the expanding Star Wars universe in this panel.
Saturday
Batman v Superman: Ben Affleck is hitting up SDCC with his DC costars (Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, and more) for a sneak peek of 2016’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Look for some Suicide Squad goodies, too.
Outlander: Sassenachs, your favorite time-traveling lovers will emerge from the Scottish Highlands to grace Ballroom 20 with their presence, and dive deep into that ultra-dark Season 1 finale.
X Men: 20th Century Fox is scheduled for two hours in Hall H, where the expectation is that the company will screen footage from either X-Men: Apocalypse or Ryan Reynolds‘ Deadpool movie.
Sunday
The Vampire Diaries: Still hurting from Nina Dobrev‘s departure? The main cast will be at SDCC to talk about how the CW drama will move on — and possibly reveal much more about that mysterious flash-forward in the finale.
American Horror Story/Scream Queens: The casts of Ryan Murphy‘s FX horror anthology and his new FOX horror comedy will hit the Hall H stage to talk about the just-concluded AHS: Freak Show and the yet-to-premiere Scream Queens. Don’t worry, there will likely be some carefully worded spoilers about the upcoming AHS: Hotel, too.
