Shannen Doherty wasn't the judges' favorite on Monday's Dancing With the Stars premiere (she scored an 18), but she said hitting the dance floor was still special.
The reason: Her father, who lost his ability to speak after suffering a massive stroke last year, was in the audience.

"It was beyond emotional," the 90210 alum, 38, told UsMagazine.com after the show. "It was amazing to have him here. I had eye connection with him throughout my routine and to see the pride and the love in his face was overwhelming to me. He is determined to come back every Monday, and it's been great for him tonight."

Really touching that she is doing this for her dad, I'm sure he's very proud of her.
candy do you know her personally? If not how do you know she is a b-t-h
Aww, I totally understand how beyond Emotional Shannen was seeing her father at DWTS! It's interesting that Pam Anderson surprised Mark Ballas the most! It's nice than Shanne's dad is determimed to come back to DWTS every Monday, as long as Shannen is on the show!?
I am voting for Shannen as well. And Candy your post is full of anger. It has a twinge of jealousy in it as well. Seems like the only b-t-h around here is YOU.
I thought that was very sweet, she's always been known as the big bad bully. I gave her a vote
with a b-t-h like her for a daughter he has suffered enough
