On Tuesday's brand-new episode of Teen Mom, Catelynn Lowell and her mother April get into a nasty spat as they argue over household chores and their combative relationship.

Calling Catelynn, 18, a "f***ing a**hole," April quips, "sit in your f*cking room and rot." Catelynn charges that their dynamic soured once she and her fiance Tyler Baltierra decided to place their daughter Carly, 15 months, up for adoption. "You didn't ask me!" her mom says.
Also in this clip, Maci Bookout and her new beau Kyle King play with Bentley, 22 months -- and she makes the momentous decision to move to his adopted hometown in Nashville, Tennessee.

77You know what, There are people who are really crabby and always have been and don't take drugs. Why do you assume that April takes drug's? How would you THINK THAT WAY? That's just rude to say about April.
Her mother needs to get a grip. Catelynn is a beautiful woman, not to mention a brave and self-less mother who wanted her daughter to have a good life with both parents who would give her a stable home. I hope she doesn't let her mother's hateful and misguided comments tear her down, she did what was best for her daughter and in the long run, for herself too.
Caitlyn is such a sweet girl and I hope she can finish school and get out of that toxic household. Her mother should be ashamed of herself for treating Caitlyn the way she does.
Wow!! I completely understand why Catelyn did not want her baby growing up in such a verbally abusive and drug driven household. I feel so bad for her. I wish for anything she had a loving mom who supported her through all of this. Catelyns mom is so angry and verbally abusive and someone who herself never should of been a mother. Why isnt child protective services investigating this woman? The way she is reacting in these episodes should be considered abuse, especially when a helpless little boy is right in the middle of it. The poor little boy probably has lungs of a 40 year old smoker as much as she smokes in the same room as him. And shame on anybody filming this and not taking a stand for this boy or Catelyn, Shame on you all, in my opinion your all just as guilty for not speaking out. Catelyn, you can come and live with me anytime your ready. I've raised 3 beautiful daughters(one who was a teen mother) and through thick and thin I love them and respect them no matter what. Catelyn's mom is just being a big baby about everything. She should understand that Catelyn made the right choice for both her and Carly.

catelyn's mom needs to get it thay her daughter didn't want the same life. she has with her mother. some one in that town needs to call DCF on her for mental abuse and drinking and not being able to ger her daughter to school. their are still you children in that house. her boyfriend or husband was also using cocain. how can we see this on tv and not do anything about it. mtv is only intersted in making money from the show. they have a responabilty to these young girls and the children and get her sick mother off that show. i could never let my daugher see that show. she needs to be in a drug treatment or jail. so something mtv.
catelynn an tyler all i want to say is i love ya'll an ya'll made the rite decision for ur daughter,an ya'll made sure that ya'll always be a part of her life,plus gave her to loving people,the next time ur mom say to u thatshe is a mother to hurt u remind her of the reason y u missed most of ur 9th grade befor u got pregnat,tell her she will never be the mother u r u an tyler are special and selfless and dont let anybody make u forget that hang in there GOD has big things instored for u just always stay around her life and hug her parents for me they are also wonderful people too.

Awwww Catelynn, I wish I could take you under my wing and raise you myself- it breaks my heart to see how your Mom treats you. Regardless of your actions, you are the child and your Mom should act like a MOM!!! It does appear you are quite diff. and I know when you have another child, you will be a great mommy :) ( love ty too- )

her mothers being a bi*ch. it was catlynns choice and she shouldnt have to ask her mom. they need to get over and stop being selfish and realize she did it go give her baby a better life. That child would NOT do good living that house with tylers dad bein on drugs n sh*t. shes way better off where shes at now, i just hope catlynn gets out of there soon.
Catelynn, the adoption choice you made for your daughter is something you and Tyler should be very proud of. Both you and Tyler are wiser beyond your years. As a mother of 2 adoptive children myself, I hope you realize the amazing gift that you not only gave to Brandon and Teresa but to Carly as well. Carly will come to you and Tyler both someday and thank you both for not only being so brave but also making the ultimate and selfless decision to place her for adoption and give her the gift of a wonderful life filled with endless opportunities. Catelynn, trust me when I say, you have no idea what sort of an impact you and Tyler have made in the lives of not only Carly but Brandon and Teresa as well. You have enriched their lives more than you will ever know.
Fran & CracklinRosie, these girls are not being glorified for being teen mothers. This show simply shows the struggles they have to go through to support their children. I admit, I love this show, but not because I want to end up like that; it's nice to see how they are handling the situation and how much they mature, if at all. Like I have heard before, if you don't like it, don't look at it, watch it, listen to it. Turn the other cheek. Kids are having sex and things like this are going to happen; it's been going on for years... It's up to them to decide to be smart about it or not.
She did the right thing...its not up to her mother to make the decision for her, it was her and her boyfriend's decision. Poor thing, I know she hurts from giving the baby up, and her mother is only rubbing salt in the wound.
Catelynn did the right thing by giving her Daughter a better a life. Adoption was the correct choice! Catelynn's Mom is a drug addict, just like Butch, and anyone who doesn't see that, is blind. How dare she berate her own kid like that. It's just evil.
Haylee- She gave up the baby when the baby was born. She did an open adoption. Now the baby is 15 months old.
Who the hell gives up their baby at 15 months of age!!! That baby already knows who her mom is! Did I miss something? Why didn't that girl get a job and move away from her crazy mom??
@CracklinRosie - actually there was a show like that last season on MTV, where a group of young guys did good deeds for others in need (reunited a son and father, provided computers in a disadvantaged school, etc) while they checked things off of their "bucket lists". I can't remember what the show was called, but it was good - though I'm not sure if it was canceled or if it will come back again for another season.
