Exclusive Video: Whitney Port Blames Lauren Conrad for Canceled TV Show

Though Whitney Port, 25, and Lauren Conrad, 25, were close pals on The Hills, an insider tells the new issue of Us Weekly (on stands now) that the two have gone their separate ways.

"Whitney is upset because she thinks that The City was canceled to make room for Lauren's new reality show," the source tells Us. "Whitney feels like she got the shaft."

(Ironically, Conrad's latest MTV venture was scrapped February 4 after the network deemed it too "high brow" for its current lineup.)

last time I checked the reason Whitney became famous was because of Lauren.. so she should just be happy she even got a look her way because she wouldn't have if it weren't for Lauren! Whitney was boring on The Hills and still was on The City.

Whitney, here is the cold hard truth. Your show was terrible. Have you ever watched yourself on tv? because you could make a lifetime insomniac fall asleep that's how boring that show was. The only interesting part was Roxy and Kelly.
