The Hills are alive: “I mix my Los Angeles need for that easygoing look with the high-fashion trends that New York sets,” says Port, 24, who moved from L.A. to her Gramercy apartment in MTV’s The City (the second season premieres Sept. 29) last year. “I try to be eclectic and funky while still maintaining a sophisticated aesthetic.” Vintage Port: One of her favorite wardrobe staples? “My grandma’s sequin sweaters,” she says. “They smell like her!”Fashion flasback: The star says her best fashion night ever was a Louis Vuitton event at the American Museum of Natural History: “I wore a Rachel Comey cut-out dress. I felt really sexy and chic, and loved the costume jewelry I paired with it. A little black dress is always a great go-to when in need of a pick-me-up!”  Favorite stores: H&M (“fashion-forward and great accessories”), Opening Ceremony (“so many unique foreign designers”) and TopShop (“just got some cute sweaters there!”).
