A pacifier is often used by older children in situations where they feel insecure. I am sure the media attention is quite scary for a couple of boys just trying to spend time with their mom! We don't know if he uses it at home, and so what if he does, doctors will tell you as long as the pacifier that is made for their age group (they have different ones, and parents know this!) they are fine and will give it up when they are ready. Leave Britney and her children alone! She deserves privacy after all she has been through and more than that she deserves it when she is with her children! I don't think celebrities should be photographed by the media when they are with their children anyway!

isnt' the youngest one only 2 years old? What's the big deal about the pacifier? There is no harm! I have a 2 year and her doctor said its up to the child when they're ready to get rid of it. Britney is FAR from lazy! I'd like to see "Katy" shake her butt for a few hours a day on a worldwide tour. Some people just want to be mean!
