Less than one month after **Carmen Electra** and Dave Navarro announced that they were "amicably separating," the former Baywatch babe filed for divorce Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court. The reason cited is the usual "irreconcilable differences." According to divorce papers, Electra has also asked to "terminate the court's ability to award spousal support" to Navarro. All assets of any kind in Navarro's name will be divided pursuant to a "Premartital Agreement between the parties."
Electra and Navarro wed on November 22, 2003, and chronicled their marriage on the MTV reality series Til Death Do Us Part: Carmen + Dave.
The couple may be splitting for good, but Navarro, 39, still holds his ex in high regard. "She's a beautiful girl. We speak all of the time, the Rock Star: Supernova host told Us on August 7, after performing with his band Camp Freddy at Blender Sessions at the Hard Rock Cafe in Chicago. About the tattoo of her initials on his chest, he says, "It was about a wonderful time in my life. I have no regrets." Still, Navarro is moving on in other ways. After a brief fling with socialite-turned-actress Sarah Howard, sources say he is now dating famed porn star Jenna Jameson.
"It's very casual," a Navarro pal says. Jameson is married to her business partner Jay Grdina, but a friend tells Us, "Things aren't not going well for them." Jameson's rep couldn't be reached for comment. Electra, 34 (whose given name is Tara Patrick), has denied reports that she's dating Jamie Foxx.

That's too bad. They seemed like a fun, down-to-earth couple. I can't believe some of you people actually think Dave is going to catch something from Jenna! I'm sure it would be the other way around!! I agree with LadyItaly and vanessa, Jenna and other porn stars get tested a lot more than the average folk. Back in the 90's there were several stars who tested HIV positive and after that every one became real careful because they were scared. I am willing to bet that they are more aware and knowledgeable about STD's (and all those you can catch even with protection or without) than most people. Whether porn is your taste or not, no one is getting hurt. It is naive to assume that porn actors (eye roll, but they DO act) are stupid and take risks and care less about themselves. In fact, I heard that Jenna only did scenes with women (and Jay) while married to her husband Jay. Again, it is a taste thing, but I don't think that those in the porn industry are being harmed or exploited any more than any other person in the entertainment arena. I think the constant barrage of super-thin celebs and sex in gum commercials is more harmful to youth than porn.

Jenna may get paid, but I doubt that she's exposed to any more STD's than anyone else who has multiple sex partners--if not less because testing is required in porn.
