The weather may be getting cooler, but that's not stopping celebs like Selena Gomez, Olivia Wilde and Amanda Seyfried from revealing more skin than ever in backless gowns, super short minis and dresses with plunging necklines.
Whether your holiday ensemble flaunts your shoulders, back, cleavage or legs, it's essential that your body is soft, smooth and glowing.
To get rid of bumps, wash your back and chest with a cleanser that contains benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, New York City dermatologist Eric Schweiger tells Us Weekly. Use it with an electronic cleansing brush (like Olay Pro-X Advanced Cleansing System, $33 at drugstore.com) to buff away dead skin cells and remove more dirt and oil than regular washing, says Schweiger. Post-shower, spot-treat zits with the same drying potion that you use on your face.
In addition to clearing up blemishes, it's crucial to treat your chest area cleansing brush in the shower. Also, apply an antioxidant-rich serum and a daily moisturizing sunscreen every day to prevent a rough, "crepe-y" appearance, says Schweiger.
Lastly, give your skin a radiant gleam with a tinted bronzing product (you might have to enlist a friend to do your back).
