No big hair and cowboy boots for these three stylish singers.
Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood stole the show at Sunday’s 47th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas with their gorgeous gowns, dazzling jewels and flawless hair and makeup.
Swift, who was nominated for three awards, wowed in a white J. Mendel column dress with cut-outs and metallic detail. Instead of her signature curls, she wore her hair in loose waves and rocked a sultry smoky eye look.

Blake Shelton‘s wife and multiple nominee dazzled in a gold Randi Rahm halter with matching platform pumps and stunning Fred Leighton jewels.

And Underwood (who was a dual nominee) showed some leg in her strapless embellished Abed Mahfouz couture chiffon gown with a hip-high slit teamed with silver Oscar de la Renta peep-toe heels. She wore her hair in side-swept curls.
But not every star looked as elegant as the blonde trio.
Sara Evans‘ high-slit pink gown was more prom than red carpet, Nicole Kidman (who arrived with husband Keith Urban), chose a chic, yet predictable, black dress with a mini collar and Laura Bell Bundy revealed way too much skin in a glittery silver design.
