Kate Hudson is keeping her wedding plans under wraps.
While promoting Almay cosmetics in New York City Dec. 3, the 33-year-old actress spoke to USA Today about why she's hesitant to reveal too many details about her big day with Muse frontman Matthew Bellamy. (The "Madness" singer, 34, proposed in April 2011 while Hudson was six months pregnant. The couple welcomed son Bingham in July 2011, who joined the actress' first son, Ryder, 7, from her previous marriage to Black Crowes rocker Chris Robinson.)
"I think until the day we get married, the answer is going to be, 'We have no intention right now of getting married,'" Hudson said. "And then you'll find out we got married."
The Little Bit of Heaven star added, "We have an idea. It's starting to formulate but it's a timing thing. But honestly, right now, Matt is touring. Ryder is in school. I'm working." (Hudson's next film, The Reluctant Fundamentalist, is slated for an early 2013 release.)?
Earlier this year, Hudson's famous mom, Goldie Hawn, explained why the Something Borrowed star is in no rush to walk down the aisle. "There's no prepping for a wedding," the Overboard actress and author of 10 Mindful Minutes, 67, told Us Weekly. "She's very happy. She's a great mom. . .and they'll get married when they're ready."
