This is how an amicable breakup is done. Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult recently ended their two-year relationship. But the British actor, 23, remains firmly (and sweetly!) in Lawrence's corner. At the Los Angeles premiere of his film Warm Bodies on Tuesday Jan. 29, Hoult happily fielded questions about his ex's impressive awards season.

Lawrence, 22, has already won a Golden Globe and SAG Award for her role in Silver Linings Playbook — and could very well walk home her first Academy Award next month for the acclaimed role. Is Hoult proud?
"Yeah, very proud," Hoult, 23, told E! News on the red carpet, adding that he's definitely rooting for Lawrence to best Jessica Chastain, Naomi Watts, Emmanuelle Riva, and Quvenzhané Wallis on Feb. 24.
Hoult (whose big Hollywood debut was as Hugh Grant's son in 2002's About a Boy) met and fell for Lawrence on the set of 2010's X-Men: First Class. "He is honestly my best friend, and hopefully I'm his best friend, too," the Silver Linings Playbook star told ELLE in its December issue. "He's my favorite person to be around and he makes me laugh harder than anybody."
