Beyonce is full of surprises these days! The superstar joined younger sister Solange Knowles onstage Saturday, April 12, for a surprise appearance at Coachella during her sibling’s set. The audience, already energized during Solange’s performance, went bonkers when Queen Bey suddenly appeared.
The two sisters, laughing and having so much fun above the crowd, delivered a synchronized dance to Solange’s hit, “Losing You.” Blue Ivy‘s mom looked pretty in a floral-printed crop top and matching skirt for her cameo, while younger sister Solange rocked an orange one-piece that revealed her long svelte legs. Grinning throughout their dance sequence, the girls finished their rocking performance with a heartfelt hug.
Bey’s appearance wasn’t the only surprise from the Carters at Coachella. The “Drunk in Love” crooner’s other half, Jay Z, joined former nemesis Nas onstage to perform “Dead Presidents II” — the very song that reportedly created the legendary rift between the two rappers.
Other big moments from Coachella’s second day included Lorde‘s performance, which Katy Perry enjoyed with a smile, and Gwen Stefani‘s solo cameo with Pharrell. The “Happy” crooner’s set also included surprise cameos from Nelly, Diddy, Snoop Dogg, and more!
