London tycoon Scot Young has died at the age of 55, The Guardian reports. Young reportedly plunged to his death from the luxury apartment he and girlfriend Noelle Reno shared together in Marylebone on Monday, Dec. 8. Designer Reno stars in the reality series Ladies of London.
"Everyone at Bravo sends their sincerest sympathy to Noelle and the family of Scot Young," a Bravo spokesperson tells Us Weekly in a statement.
Police tell The Guardian that Young landed on railings outside the couple's residence after falling from the fourth floor window. The incident is not being treated as suspicious at this time.
"It was a horrific scene," Gary Sutton, who was working nearby, told The Daily Mail. "The police were visibly shocked – one said it was the worst thing he had seen on the job. It was all very distressing."
Young was previously married to Michelle Young, 50, with whom he shares daughters Scarlet, 21, and Sasha, 19. The exes were married for 16 years before separating in 2006, which led to a nasty seven-year legal battle. Young was sentenced to six months in jail in January 2013 for lying about his fortune during their divorce settlement and was ordered to pay Michelle $20 million last year.
Young's love Reno, 31, has yet to comment on his death. Michelle told the Evening Standard that she and her daughters "have been to hell and back." She added: "It is a very difficult time for us all."
