Looking good after a long flight just became easier than navigating the security line. “Easy peasy” is the way celebrity hairstylist Riawna Capri describes the three ‘headphone hair’ looks she created just in time for the busy travel season.
Capri, who co-owns Los Angeles’ Nine Zero One salon, is best known as the mastermind behind the hair of Julianne Hough, Nina Dobrev and Selena Gomez. The hair guru has seen the many struggles that her clients face while trying to look good while working out and traveling. “Unfortunately for [celebrities], they never know when they’re going to get their picture taken, so you always have to be camera-ready at all times,” Capri tells Stylish. To help out her star clientele — and Us — she teamed up with Beats By Dr. Dre to create three headphone-proof hairstyles.
The Circuit Braid will last through the toughest of workouts while The Jet Set helps helps avoid having flat, tangly hair after a long flight. Lastly, the Knotted Threesome is for women who “just got off of work and need to get to the party,” according to Capri.
