Time for a housewarming party!
Joe Jonas is leasing a gorgeous new pad in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles. Following the sale of his $2.9 million West Hollywood mansion in December, the DNCE frontman has moved into a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home on Cardwell Place near the Sunset Strip.
The “Cake by the Ocean” crooner, 26, is shelling out $40,000 a month for the hilltop property. “The circular living room features 12-foot curved glass doors that slide into bamboo-carved walls revealing a dead-on view of the city,” celebrity listing agent Carl Gambino of Westside Estate Agency tells Us Weekly. “But the real kicker is the living room’s hidden Murphy-style bar.”
“This is the most spectacular property on the market in this price range,” he continued. “There is literally nothing else like it.”
The midcentury modern digs make a perfect bachelor pad for newly single Jonas, who split from supermodel Gigi Hadid in November after a few months of dating. The home is currently for sale at $4.595 million.
Joe’s brother Nick Jonas is also renting a home in the Los Angeles area — from Ellen DeGeneres! The talk show host revealed she is Nick’s landlord back in October, and described him as a “good tenant.”
“Everyone that comes into my house uses a coaster, so there’s no rings on the tables, which is good,” the “Jealous” singer joked.
