Tiger Woods' $22 million yacht, called Privacy, was photographed leaving its dock for a short trip on the open sea Wednesday, UsMagazine.com has learned. In just-released photos, the name "Privacy" is clearly legible on the back of the departing ship.
Docked for many weeks at Old Port Cove Marina in North Palm Beach, Fl., the private luxury boat has been watched closely since Woods' adultery scandals erupted in late November. (A false Christmas Eve report alleged that Privacy had set sail, but sources then confirmed to UsMagazine.com that the boat remained docked.) Sources told UsMagazine.com that the vessel had returned by Wednesday evening.
Photographers could not confirm whether the 34 year-old golfer was on board the vessel Wednesday. Woods has not been seen or photographed since the day after Thanksgiving — when he crashed his SUV outside his Windermere, Fl. home following a reported fight with wife Elin regarding an affair with alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel.
In the continuing aftermath of Woods' scandals, Us Weekly reports in the new issue that the reclusive athlete has been staying on the $13.5 million Long Island estate of his billionaire friend Jim Dolan. Dolan (CEO of Cablevision and owner the New York Knicks) has been "keeping [Woods] under the radar," providing the golfer use of his private jet, source tells Us.
Dolan's spokesperson has denied the claims.
