David Bugliari

David Bugliari is an American talent agent and entertainment executive best known for his work at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), his role as a founding partner of Range Media Partners and his marriage to actress Alyssa Milano. Bugliari was born and raised in New Jersey, where he attended The Pingry School in New Jersey before graduating from Hamilton College in 2001. He developed an interest in the entertainment business before beginning his career in talent representation.

Bugliari started working at CAA as an assistant before advancing through the agency’s ranks. He spent approximately two decades at the company, eventually taking on a leadership role in its motion picture talent department. In 2020, he became a founding partner of Range Media Partners, an entertainment management and production company. He went on to work primarily behind the scenes, representing talent and helping guide careers in film and television.

Bugliari began dating Milano in 2007 after mutual friend Milo Ventimiglia encouraged the pair to pursue a connection. The couple got engaged in 2008 and wed in August the following year in a ceremony at Bugliari’s family home in New Jersey. They share two children: son Milo Thomas (born in 2011) and daughter Elizabella Dylan (born in 2014).
