Joshua Jackson

Joshua Jackson was born in Vancouver in June 1978.

He had his breakout role at age 14 in The Mighty Ducks before landing the role of Pacey on Dawson’s Creek. During the series’ run, he found the time to appear in Cruel Intentions, The Skulls and the HBO adaptation of The Laramie Project.

He went on to star as the lead in J.J. Abrams‘ television series Fringe, which ran from 2008 to 2013, then joined The Affair from 2014 to 2018. He also made his stage debut in 2016 in Smart People and went on to appear in A Life in the Theatre and Children of a Lesser God.

He has dated many starlets over the years, such as costar Katie Holmes, Brittany Daniels, Julia Stiles, Rosario Dawson and Diane Krueger, who he was with from 2006 to 2016. In fall 2018, he was spotted with actress Jodie Turner-Smith. The pair later tied the knot and welcomed their first child, a daughter, in April 2020.
