In Memoriam
Irishman Liam Neeson originally aspired to be a teacher. Instead, he joined the Belfast Lyric Players’ theater where he made his acting debut.
Neeson got his big break when he was cast as Oskar Schindler in Stephen Spielberg’s Oscar-winning film, Schindler’s List. Neeson has worked on several projects with wife, Natasha Richardson, including the 1984 TV mini-series Ellis Island, before her death in March 2009.
Neeson and Richardson have two children.
