Biography:

Born on March 1, 1974, actor Mark-Paul Gosselaar is best known for his iconic role as Zack Morris on the hit teen TV series Saved By the Bell.

After becoming a household name, Gosselaar appeared in several minor TV and film roles before joining TNT’s legal drama Raising the Bar. The show lasted for two seasons. Continuing with lawyer roles and TNT, Gosselaar landed a starring role in the legal comedy Franklin & Bash.

With the success of a new show, Gosselaar announced more success in his personal life. The actor proposed to Catriona McGinn in August 2011 with a 5-carat Neil Lane ring. Gosselaar was married once before to Lisa Ann Russell, but after 14 years of marriage, the couple — who have two children together — split in June 2010.
