Superwoman is an understatement! Jennifer Lopez snapped a bombshell photo that showcased her superdefined biceps and credited them to the physical demands of her “All I Want” Vegas residency.

“Feeling like superwoman after the show tonight! When I started this run I thought omg 15 shows in 27 days that’s a lot … but I made a promise to myself that instead of letting it wear me down I would be even stronger at the end of it,” she captioned the Wednesday, September 26, photo, in which she flexed her biceps in a fitting, sleeveless red dress. “I will work out and be in the best shape of my life.”

Even celebrity trainers took note of the World of Dance judge’s impeccable physique, including her longtime New York-based trainer David Kirsch. “@jlo you are awesome!! An inspiration to so many,” he commented on Instagram. Tracy Anderson, creator of her namesake dance and strength training-focused method who has trained with Lopez in the past, wrote: “You are Superwoman and that includes supermommy!”

The Shades of Blue star, who turned 49 in July, has made fitness and healthy eating a staple of her lifestyle — and it has clearly paid off. “It’s crazy,” Kirsch told Us Weekly in July 2018. “Like the most amazing bottle of wine, she gets better with time and that is just the truth. Her skin is flawless. Her body is flawless.”

With a packed schedule, making time for her sweat sessions isn’t always easy. “There were moments I was tired and there was travel and I had to fit in my workouts where I could… but here we are with only 3 shows left!!” Lopez added to the Wednesday Instagram post. “And I am having so many emotions but mostly just feeling strong, happy and grateful!!!”

To maximize her time in the gym, Lopez goes non-stop, executing continuous moves such as a plank to a side plank to a medicine ball toss and lunge combination. “The workouts are my express workouts. There is no rest, there is no, we’ll grab a quick breath chatting in between, but that’s how we do it. Her workouts are very high energy and there is a lot of movement,” Kirsch, who is the fitness and wellness curator at CORE: Club in New York City, revealed to Us. “The workouts are very focused and the eating is very focused.”

Thanks to her mindset, she’s only going to continue slay when it comes to body goals, says Kirsch. “She’s very mindful of her body being this beautiful temple and really respecting it.”
