Kourtney Kardashian’s workouts are paying off. The 37-year-old mom of three posted a bikini selfie on Tuesday, June 28, and looked totally toned.
“Sun vibes 🌞,” she captioned the mirror selfie of herself in a black bikini, along with a link to Kardashian Sun Kissed tanning products, on Twitter.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, who split from longtime boyfriend Scott Disick in July 2015, has been working out almost daily with her personal trainer Don, sharing her workouts on Snapchat.
On Tuesday, Kardashian worked up a sweat with pal Larsa Pippen after celebrating Khloe Kardashian’s 32nd birthday bash Monday night. The women lifted weights, did squats and walked on the StairMaster.
After welcoming her third child, son Reign, in December 2014, the reality star took her time getting back in shape, taking baby steps to get back into the gym.
She also switched up her diet, consuming only gluten-free and organic products, and credits sister Khloé for helping motivate her. The sisters regularly also use Bosu balance balls while exercising and switch things up by working out outside on Kourtney’s tennis court.
On her app, Kourtney revealed that she starts each day by drinking clarified butter.
“Ghee is the first thing I put in my body every morning,” the svelte E! personality wrote. “I take one big teaspoon of ghee every morning and melt it on the stove in a pan and drink it out of a cute little ceramic white cup. After I take it, I don’t eat anything for 20 minutes, and then I drink a glass of water before eating food.”
