The American Idol alum waltzed her way to a 20-plus pound weight loss on season 28! “I’ve lost, like, 25 pounds since July,” the country singer told Us Weekly on October 21, 2019. “None of my clothes fit!” Her partner, pro Gleb Savchenko, acknowledged their hard work during practice sessions. “You’re welcome,” he joked.

When he exited season 28, the former White House press secretary revealed to Us Weekly that he’d lost just over 20 lbs! During practices, he noted, he and his partner, Lindsay Arnold, never stop moving. “She’s relentless. We don’t waste a moment, and it’s the cardio workout of the century,” he told Us in October 2019. “Dancing With the Stars, as I say, isn’t just a show, it’s a weight loss program. You’re working hard every day and you don’t have time to sit around and snack.”

The Office alum can slip into her Dunder-Mifflin duds a little more easily! Just over a month into season 28, Flannery told Us Weekly that dancing helped her slim down. “I lost a little weight, which is fantastic,” she told Us in October 2019, joking, “and it’s none of your business what I weighed before!” She did reveal the difference in the scale number, however. “I think it’s about 15 [pounds], maybe a little under that. Maybe like 12.”

The former Olympic figure skater made it all the way to the season 26 finale in 2018. And though she didn’t win the mirrorball trophy, she did get in much better shape on the journey. The saucy star wouldn’t reveal how much weight she’d lost — telling reporters she didn’t “think that’s anybody’s business” — but she did say she dropped major pounds. “You can tell I’ve lost a lot,” she said at the time.

The Property Brothers star lost 30 pounds in just the first five weeks of season 25 in 2017. “I’m seeing my abs like I’ve never seen them before,” he told Us Weekly at the time. “I have not been a 32 waist since I was in grade eight. I was still active [before], but I just haven’t done cardio like this since I was a teenager.”

After gaining 70 pounds because of polycystic ovary syndrome, the Pretty Little Liars star lost a total of 37 pounds during DWTS season 25, Page Six reported in 2017. “It’s a combination of me finding out what I have, and then Dancing With the Stars helps me tremendously,” she told Us in 2017. “But just the process in general — how hard we’re working and how healthy I feel. I really feel like myself again.”

Before season 24 even premiered in March 2017, the retired wrestler had dropped weight thanks to rehearsals! “This Dancing is really making Me Sweat off the Lbs. I've already lost 12!” the A-Team actor tweeted at the time. “I am Lean, Mean and 219. I am Agile, Mobile and Hostile. Grrr!”

He lost 22 pounds in a month on DWTS, and continued to drop weight — even though he decided not to track his progress further. “I look better in my clothes, but I stopped weighing myself,” the Boyz II Men crooner told Us in May 2016 during his season 22 run. “I just work hard and hope that my clothes start falling off of me or I start to look better, you know?”

After only two weeks on season 21 in 2016, Rose revealed she’d slimmed down. “I feel like I’m getting super-toned,” the model said during an episode of her “Loveline With Amber Rose on Play.it” show. “I feel like I’ve lost probably 10 pounds, maybe 8 pounds already. It’s serious!”

Having started her weight loss journey before appearing on DWTS season 14 in 2012, the soul singer had lost 60 pounds by the time she and partner Tristan McManus were eliminated. “I’m going to keep Tristan,” she joked to Us at the time. “He can come over and work me out.”

The Little House on the Prairie alum noticed a change in how clothes fit her after she competed in DWTS season 14 in 2012. “I don't know pounds [lost] but I went from a size 6 to a 2,” she revealed to Us at the time. “I have a 26-inch waist now.”

The former talk show host shed more than 20 pounds over the course of season 13 in 2011. “I’m dropping weight like crazy,” she told Access Hollywood at the time. “My pants are falling off.”

The TV legal commentator lost 23 pounds after only eight weeks of competing on season 13 in 2011. “It’s incredible,” she told The Hollywood Reporter at the time. “I didn’t even try. Frankly, it’s not a good diet. It’s the ‘I’m too tired to eat’ diet, which I don’t advise to anybody.”

The Cheers alum’s stint on Dancing with the Stars season 12 contributed to her 100-pound weight loss in 2011, and she was determined to drop more weight when she returned to the ballroom for the reality hit’s All-Stars season 15 the following year. “I don't give a you-know-what about the mirrorball,” the former Jenny Craig spokesperson said on the show. “I want to just be a size 0.”

The That’s So Raven actor went into season 11 in 2010 ready to slim down — and slim down he did, losing 18 pounds! “I'm still working at it, doing push ups and sit ups,” he told Us Weekly at the time. “I'm sometimes slacking but dancing has really put me on a schedule.”

The reality star dropped 42 pounds over the span of season 9 in 2009. “[Pro] Louis van Amstel and Dancing With the Stars changed my life, as cheesy and cliché as that sounds,” she later told Access Hollywood.

Starting the competition show just two months after welcoming her first baby, the Wayne's World actress soon realized dancing would help her drop her baby weight. “The waltz works different muscles from the rumba, which works different muscles from the cha-cha, so you’re getting a whole-body thing,” she said at the time. Before getting eliminated in the fifth round, she’d shed 25 pounds.
