Kate Hudson Is Weight Watchers’ 2019 Ambassador — See the Photos

Kate Hudson has been named a 2019 global ambassador for WW — the company formerly known as Weight Watchers — and she’s thrilled. “Health and wellness is my number one,” she wrote on her Instagram announcement on Sunday, December 16. “I’m so happy to share this with everyone.” The Pretty Happy author will be the face of WW’s For Every Body campaign, which the company says is meant to inspire healthy habits for all. The Fabletics cofounder — known for her love of all things fitness and wellness, including running, dancing, yoga, bike riding, Pilates and meditation — welcomed daughter Rani Rose with her partner Danny Fujikawa on October 2, 2018. Eight weeks later, she posted an after-baby photo of herself in a sports bra and leggings, saying her goal was to lose 25 pounds by spring. Why She’s Investing in Health

Hudson (holding her daughter Rani) explained her reason for starting the points-based system is her three children. “My ‘why’ is really my kids and my family and longevity — wanting to be here as long as I possible can,” she said in an Instagram video. “And I just said, ‘OK, I’m going to try this.’”
